Polypropylene (PP) Spunbonded Nonwoven Fabrics

♦Bacteria Resistance

The excellent water repellent will get rid of musty and any attack of moths and bacteria.

♦Chemical Resistance

Polypropylene (PP) fiber has excellent chemical resistance from corrosion, so physical properties will not be influenced by any chemicals and solvents.

♦Easy Processing

Being made of thermoplastic PP fibers and having excellent strength, non woven can be processed through not only the common quilting machine but also the ultrasonic sawing and welding machine. Since the melting point of PP is 165ºC, the processing temperature should not exceed 120ºC in order to prevent shrinkage.

♦Excellent Physical Properties

Spunbonded fabrics have excellent physical properties than that of the staple fiber products by entangling high speed air turbulence and heat-sealing reinforcement. Same strengths of machinery and cross directions offer much convenient in processing.

♦Light Weight

Use polypropylene as the main raw material whose gravity is only 0.91, lighter than that of polyester and nylon. Comparing by the same weight, non-woven is thicker and loosening.

♦Non-toxic and Odorless

Using the raw materials which are approved for food packaging in accordance with the FDA regulations, and reinforced by heat-sealing, non-woven contains no other chemicals, no toxic materials, no odor and will not cause allergy to the human skin.

♦Softness

Composed of fine fibers (2~3D) and reinforced by heat-sealing, spunbonded fabrics have good softness and touch.

♦Water Repellent and Air Permeability

Non-woven is made of 100% hydrophobic PP fibers, so it has excellent water repellent and air permeability, which make it more comfortable and dry.

•Hydrophilic Treated Product

We can get better hydrophilic property by putting hydrophilic treated agent on the non-woven products. The high hydrophilic performance make our products widely used in hygiene markets, for example, used to make the top sheet of the baby diaper.

•UV Stabilized Treated Product

PP non-woven is susceptible to the ultra-violet, it is easy to age under insulation and thus loss its mechanical property. UV stabilized treated products can prevent PP non-woven from aging. We can make such kind of UV stabilized treated products, and get much longer life for the non-woven products. This kind of products can be widely used in the agricultural and the industrial fields.
